Sentencing Date | Postponed!

We just received word today that Arian Alani, who plead guilty for the death of Cooper, that is sentencing date of March 30 has now been postponed. The court informed us that all other matters with the five others who have been indicted have to be completed before Alani can be sentenced.

The sentencing hearing for defendant(s), ARIAN ALANI, has been set for July 13, 2026 01:30 PM at Hearing Location for the Western Division, United States Courthouse, 350 W. 1st Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012 before Judge Michael Fitzgerald. You are welcome to attend this proceeding; however, unless you have received a subpoena, your attendance is not required by the Court. We are all very disappointed as this is a huge let down but….our country and every citizen has the right of due process. It is one of the principals that makes our country the great country that it is. So although very disappointing, it is just a matter of time before justice is served.
